By accessing or using Snapder, including our website, generation tools, visual sandbox dashboards, and associated browser workspaces (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Zetage Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Snapder (“Snapder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Services.
Snapder provides an AI-assisted web application that lets users design, generate, edit, preview and publish websites and web apps. Prompts and project context you submit are processed by our servers and by third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate code. Previews run inside a sandboxed frame in your browser, and much of your workspace (layouts, preferences and history) is also kept in your browser. Sites you publish are hosted by us and are publicly accessible at their web address, or at a custom domain you connect. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account or sign in through an external identity provider where we offer one. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer various membership tiers, including a Free/Starter plan, a Pro Developer subscription, and an Enterprise Team plan. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens, shown on our pricing page.
If you take part in our referral program, the rules shown on the Refer & Earn page apply. Bonus tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, are used after your monthly allowance and expire twelve months after they are granted. We may refuse or reverse rewards that we reasonably believe were obtained through fake accounts, self-referral, refunded or disputed payments, or other abuse, and we may change or end the program at any time.
Users on eligible plans may configure and use their own third-party API credentials (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google keys) within the workspace settings.
Platform IP: Snapder, including its interface, design system, proprietary algorithms, source code, and logo, is the exclusive property of Zetage Technologies LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Outputs: We claim no ownership over the code, designs, project schemas, or web layouts generated by you using the Services (collectively, “User Outputs”). All right, title, and interest in User Outputs belong to you, and we license them to you under the MIT License. You are responsible for what you publish, including making sure it does not infringe anyone’s rights. Because AI output can be similar across users, we do not guarantee that it is unique.
Third-party content: Generated sites may include photographs supplied by Unsplash and Pexels, or other third-party assets. These remain subject to their providers’ licenses, and the photographer credit that Snapder adds (for example in a page footer) should be kept in place.
You agree not to use the Services to generate code, content, or applications that violate any local, state, national, or international laws; create malware, phishing kits, spyware, or other harmful software components; attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with the sandboxed iframe security policies or platform code; engage in automated scraping, data extraction, or reverse engineering of the Snapder platform; or abuse, overload, or disrupt the operation of our website, infrastructure, or third-party AI endpoints.
The Services rely on third parties such as AI model providers, Stripe, Google, Supabase, Vercel and photo providers. We are not responsible for their services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. Some models (for example from Anthropic or Google) are offered as “premium” models within a monthly allowance of premium credits that depends on your plan. We may change the models offered or the allowance at any time, and unused credits do not carry over.
You may stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZETAGE TECHNOLOGIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; OR THAT THE CODE OR DESIGNS GENERATED BY THE AI WILL BE ACCURATE, SECURE, DEPLOYABLE, OR FREE OF BUGS AND VULNERABILITIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZETAGE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
